Black Pipe near rear lights (inside)

New to driving and cars in general - I was just replacing a bulb in a
1998 Corsa Diesel LS 1.7 - when I removed the plate that holds the
bulbs I noticed - and accidently nudged free - a black pipe. It simply
pulls out , what is that please?

Doesn't that go through the roof lining?, don't know myself, just
something someone (Corsa owner) once said to me.

It is the water drain pipe for your sunroof. Make sure you put it back in
the floor hole and make sure the hole is clear or the car will get wet
inside.
