Zafira Service Schedule

Can any one give me the details of what I will get for my money for a 2nd
service on an 02 Zafira 1.8 with 14,000 miles. the first service was done
a year ago at 7,700miles.

How much will I have to pay for this service?
 
I would ask your local dealer for a price but the service book includes a
list of what will be included. The 1st service is a glorified oil & filter
service but the 2nd is a proper service.

Hi Martin we were charged £120 for a 2nd service on our 51 plate 1.8 in
January. It included a car pick up and return to my place of work (40 mile
round trip). The price included the usual expensive oil and filter change
plus a pollen filter and a new rear wiper plus brake fluid change.

Martin can you tell me if you log your fuel consumption and if so, what do
you get out of your 1.8 ?

Gio, Yes I do. 29.6 MPG on short runs i.e. too and from work each day 8
miles there and 8 miles back country lanes.
Motorway returns 32 MPG at a steady 70 MPH of course ! :) allow for
additional 15% error

What do you get?
 
Well we have an auto and since having the car has averaged 30 mpg. My
individual full tank to full tank have been:-

The last two values are motorway 70mph runs during the warmer weather of
last week. To be honest I was not too chuffed with the mpg especially as
people with the astra / vectra models seem to get into the 40s
