Zafira - immobiliser light blinking

I've lent my Zafira (2000X 1.6 model) to someone for a few days. It's come
back and the immobiliser light is blinking, then staying on, then blinking.
It's driveable but seems to be on Vauxhall's Emergency Driving Mode.

Do the blinks mean anything - it seems to be 3,5,8 ?
