    Hello all,

I have a 2000 (W) Zafira, a couple of days ago the central locking
stopped working, although the keyfob is still working, the car
indicators flash when i press the lock/unlock buttons.

Using the key in the drivers lock, it will unlock/lock that door only.

I have checked the wiring going to the back doors and found 3 broken
wires (Red, Red/Black and Brown/Black) which I have now repaired - the
wires looked like they had heated up as there was some slight
    scorching.

The fuse in the fusebox for the central locking wasn't blown, so I am
wondering if there is a relay hidden somewhere that switches the
central locking solonoids - or is this inside the Central locking ECU?

If it's the Central locking ECU, where do I find it and are there any
quick checks that I can carry out to conform it is at fault?

    Thanks in advance,

    MARViN

No hidden relay - might be an idea to get the fault codes read.
Ecu is behind the side panel where the bonnet handle is.
