zafira cd player

Hi All

Would i be right in saying that if i fit a non vauxhall cd player to
my Zafira i would lose some or all of the display on the dash or is
there anything you can fit so you do not lose the display

Most of the manufacturers of decent after market stereos (Alpine, etc) have
interface kits available for some of their units, so that you can still use
the in-dash display, and the steering-wheel controls.
You would have to check if these were available for the sterro you had in
mind...

there are types that will work via converters

The VDO range of aftermarket in-car equipment is specifically designed
to work with the Vauxhall display & controls. Often on display in the
parts dept at VX dealers.
