Zafira A heat plug issue

Having had problems starting in cold weather I had all the heat plugs replaced on my 2005 1999tdi. Problem solved for about three starts. Now when I switch on there is no glowplug heating indicator at all. Car started by rolling it down a hill! But when I got home still nothing……
Ideas much appreciated
