Wipers misaligned after frozen windscreen

Hi, I have a Vivaro van and as per post subject the wipers need adjustment
,as one is hitting the post of the other, I have undone the nut and pushed
and thought that it would ease back to position but obviously not. any
advice appreciated, I know this is a car group but hoped someone may have
some hints. Mike

At a guess, I'd say you have to undo the nut, prize the wiper up off the
knurling, move it to the correct position then tighten the nut down.

The problem is to both wipers or to one only?
If it is to the both check the motor gear
