wipers for new astra

I have got the new astra and I think its time to change the front wipers
(18" and 22").
my question is, do I need to buy the whole 'fixture' or just replace the
rubber part.
if its just the rubber part, how do I remove the rubber?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

IMO Go to Halfords and buy the correct size of refill rubber blades. Fit
them as per instructions though they need to be cut to size, so dont throw
the old ones away too quickly - cost me about £7.50.

Vauxhall blades seem to be decent quality and reasonable price. They
come complete rather than rubber insert. I would recommend these as the
new Astra has slightly different blades to others.
