Windows will not drop to the initial drop slit open position on attempting to open the doors, so are in the up position.
However, when in the car can operate the windows normally(fully down and up) with the ignition turned on, so fuses are okay.
Is there a Relay problem/not working. If it is a relay do you know which one/part no./location?
