Where is the ICV cleaning guide ?

Hi Guys

I noticed that someone recently posted a link to cleaning the Idle control
valve on a vectra.
It had nice clear photo's and took you through the job step by step.
Could somebody please be kind enough to post the link again as I need to
clean my valve today.
