Hi all i own a vivaro 1.9cdti van 05. i have a problem i just cant cure, i had a glow device circuit general error p1635
things ive done. all new glow plus and caps, even rewired back to the loom.
    replaced relay
new auxiliary heater plugs and caps.
cleaned egr valve and replaced the motor, just in case.had a spare.
replaced the air mass metre, as i had a spare.
new earth lead from battery to chassis and chassis to engine block,
i am getting no voltage to the auxiliary heater plugs when ignition is on or the engine running.
cleaned battery terminals and greased all connections on the terminals
it was starting and running rough /limp mode would not rev out, then after a couple of minuets it would pick up and rev fine, but the lights stayed on.
i have opcom and have saved a log file, Maybe some one would be able to look at it and understand a little better.
my gut is telling me its a wire or plug issue, but not sure where to start looking.
i had a recon engine fitted a couple of moths ago, and every thing was fine for a couple of weeks.
