The front passenger side of my car keeps making rattling noises as though
something is broken or loose. It seems as though its coming from the door
card or the glove. I've emptied both but the noise is still there. Vx
previously located a broken part in the glove and replaced it, the noise had
gone for a few weeks or so but its back now and its even worse. I know its
not a major problem mechanically but driving with that constant rattling is
very annoying. specially on a nearly new car. My mums 1995 Nissan primera
with 120.000 on the clock doesn't even make as much noise.

Is this a known problem or does anyone have any suggestions

Its a new Vectra saloon, 2002 model

    Thanks

Has the dealer heard and acknowledged the noise? It shouldn't be difficult
    to trace/rectify.

I would insist on a road test with a technician/foreman and then book it in
for investigation. They should give you a free courtesy car. It will be
    covered by warranty.
