Have a problem with my 2000 vectra.
Power steering fuid is leaking out im spending about £25 a week on fluid it
    just pisses out.

Anyone got an idea how much this will cost to fix, just got my new job and
im strapped for cash ill next month.

It is probably just the pipes that go onto the rack - the washers leak after
a while. Parts about £1 for both washers and 15 mins to fit - on 21mm bolt
    on each pipe.

Great turned out its leaking from the steering rack (so i was told) true
enough that's about where the slick is underneath..... time to brace myself
    for the price I guess

Got it sorted now..... garage tried to rip me off my cousin found that the
drainage nut was loose... cost nothing instead of nealy £100....
Got him to do the oil and filter while he was down there too!

Total: £28 for oil and filter
nothing for power steering!! (apart from some fluid!)
