Vectra idle valve cleaning

Hi all

I've just had one or two hiccups from my 1.8 Vectra (S reg). It's under
warranty from the garage that sold it to me so there's not going to be any
hassle (I hope). But I did wonder what was involved in cleaning one of
these. I believe you are supposed to lubricate them as well but where and
how much?

My Haynes BoL is on the post so I thought I'd ask here first.

They are not lubricated...if they stuck they are replaced

OK thanks. Having had a good google today it appears that it's the solenoid
that people recommend lubing.
