Vectra Heater Blower Problem

    Hi All,
    I have a 97 gls 2.0L vectra and when i put the heater blower
    on to the foot well setting there is no air blowing through the foot
    well ducts, on the screen setting it blows fine, motors working ok but
    just no air in footwells, before i have all the footwell panels out
    any one know what the problem could be?

    prob the little motors the control the flaps
    check you have no wires pulled off the back switches
    if you switch from hot to a/c do all the flaps move
