I have a 97 vx vectra 1.8ls. I had a garage fit a new clutch but
2 weeks later thrust bearing starting making grinding noises and i was
having trouble getting 5th gear, if i pumped the pedal a few times it
made it easyer to get it in. So i took it back to the garage and they
said it was the gearbox. i dont think thats the case cos before new
clutch it was ok. could it just be they didnt use a new bearing.
Has any one else had this problem. if so what was the fault.
