Does anyone know where to find the front fog light wiring connectors for
retro fitting the fog lights. I have changed the light switch to suit and
plugged in th fuse and the relay which is working but i cannot trace any
wires in the front bumper area. The car is a v reg LS diesel hatch.
    Thanks in advance

done this before you'll find the appropriate plugs tucked up into the loom

although when i did this it has been on puntos and pugs

at worst you may require the extension section of the loom that runs from
the plug on the main loom to the lights themselves ala 206 or if your lucky
they'll be tapped up into the loiom

I fitted some on my 95 Vectra and there was no wiring for them - believe me
    I looked everywhere.
In the end I just fed a wire from the relay to the lights

If they are there you should find the plugs not just bare wires. Try
removing the bumper and headlights as this should allow you to see most of
    the front end wiring.

I fitted some to my 1996 Vectra and the wiring wasn't there - believe me I
    looked
I ended up running a wire from the relay to the lights - also the warning
light on the instruments didn't have a printed circuit going to it so I had
to put a separate warning light in

Your best bet, given the differences of opinion, I think would be to either
ask at your local VX garage, or find someone who has a vehicle with the fog
lights fitted, and have a look to see where the wires go.

If you have the Haynes manual you might be able to identify the right bits
    of wire by the colours.

Given all this, on the production line the basic wiring harness/loom tends
to be fairly standard, with extra bits just plugged-in to make things easy -
this tends to be why you see dashboards on lower-spec cars with obvious gaps
for the bits that would be fitted to the higher spec models.
