Hi , I have a 2006 vectra life 1.9 cdti 150 . It has developed a really frustrating problem in that the horn and windscreen washers will only work once in a blue moon . Also the wipers stop straight up on the screen after 13 swipes of the screen . I have checked all fuses and have taken off the washer pump & cleaned it thoroughly . I have also taken off both horns & cleaned all terminals etc .
Vectra c horn & screen washers only work sometimes
