Vectra Air/Con Problems??

    Hi,
    Does anyone know of inherent or typical faults with Vauxhall air con
    systems?

    Mine (1999 120 Sri) ceased working last summer, got it recharged but
    it only lasted a few weeks before she stopped blowing cold again.

    I am now trying to troubleshoot, does anyone know if they have
    particualr week points where leaks occur.

    typically the charging points, i'd use the dye method or if you have a
    sniffer/leak detector, use that.
    either way it's another recharge.

    This can suffer from fractured pipes. Use a dye and it will be easy to spot.
