Does anyone have any ideas of what might be causing this:
39800 miles - Clutch Master Cylinder replaced
47600 miles - Clutch Slave Cylinder replaced
53000 miles - Clutch Master Cylinder replaced
57000 Miles - Clutch pedal gone soft and can't change gear again. No loss of fluid from reservoir. If It's the Master Cyl again ?? I can't believe it can have a 4th in so low a mileage

Normally one would blame the driver, but.........
Having said that I once had an Orion (saloon Escort) as a company car.
Clutch went at 20,000 miles and then again at 50K or 70K (it was 15
years ago!!). After much fuss the dealer eventually discovered that it
had the wrong clutch assembly fitted. An 8.25" clutch assembly was
fitted instead of the 8.5" item. The car was less than a year old when I
eventually finished with it and had some 80K miles on the clock. The
actual gearbox was failing by then as well!

Is the veccy still under warrenty? If so get it fixed and then flog it
    quick.

Were the cylinders in fact replaced, or merely repaired with a seal kit? I personally do not believe in this manner of repair, but others may differ. best guess is that they are being filled with the wrong oil which is rotting the seals.

The Vauxhall Main Dealer had it at 53000 to replace the master cylinder (Free of charge). I've just picked it up from The Vauxhall Main Dealer again with a replacement master cylinder (Free of charge). They've checked out the hydraulics system and the only problem is the master cylinder.
Why should a car be on its 4th at 57000 miles? The Vauxhall Main Dealer says, it's extremely unusual but just bad luck.
What if it goes again in the next 3000 miles? - The Vauxhall Main Dealer will just replace it again (Free of charge).

I think it will be part-ex'd before the next 3000 miles. I just can't face being ignored by the receptionists in The Vauxhall Main Dealer any more :>(
