    Hi and merry Christmas.

Please accept my apologies for coming on to this forum, but I was looking to see if any of you can (somehow?) identify this part that was left at the scene of a collision with my vehicle. Sadly they drove off and I picked up all the fragments and glued back together.

The damage was to my parked car and was on the nearside bumper. The impact from the other car looks drivers side from a front grill or perhaps something else.

I only got the partial part number , but it reads GM 9316_____ and it looks like a >PP underneath.
I know this is a long shot, but would appreciate any chance of an identification please !
    Thanks again
