Vauxhall Insignia fuel tank locked

    I opened the fuel tank on my GF’s Insignia and unscrewed the cap to see that the fuel tank seemed to be locked. Sure enough, I couldn’t insert a diesel nossle into a Diesel engine. This was at our local filling station. I’ve never had this issue before. It was in with a mechanic last week to get new brake discs and pads. Wonder if something had been disrupted?
