Vauxhall Corsa E infotainment system

    Hi, I’m new here so I hope this question is appropriate. I just recently bought a 65 plate corsa however I didn’t know that it doesn’t come with Apple CarPlay and that it only comes on the 16 plate and above, this was a thing I really wanted. So I just wanted to ask if I would be able to swap the my infotainment system (think that’s what it’s called) for the 16 plate one? Would this work and would apply CarPlay start to work? I’ll include pictures underneath of what I have and what I want. All help is appreciated. Thank you :)
