Vauxhall CDR2005 cd/tuner - panel error

Hi, just replaced my vauxhall radio/tuner with another vauxhall cd/tuner -
Delco 2005. I bought this off ebay! Security code went in ok but now the
display says "panel".
This unit doesn't have a removable panel, so I'm totally lost. My car is a
2002 corsa.
Can anyone help?

Do you know what the radio came out of and did previous owner have any
problems?
