If by 'Blue Badge' the OP means the disabled parking thing then having
this alone will not get any discount, if however they also have Disabled
Living Allowance at the higher rate they can hand this over to the
Motorbility charity and receive a vehicle in exchange, depending on
model chosen there may be a one off payment to be made.

The Vauxhall web site has a section on Motobility where all the vehicles
    and costs are listed.

Mike, like you I wasn't sure what the OP meant by Blue badge - though if
other people know of another Blue badge besides the disabled one they could
    tell us more here.

    10 per cent.
And ten per cent off any factory-fitted accessories.

Vauxhall offer a discount scheme to disabled people, which is not the
Motability scheme (though they do participate in Motability).
    Other manufacturers offer similar schemes.
