vauxhall astra 2 liter desiel club dti

please helpe me in this matter, faulty codes was showen 1635 .fuel
injection pump is gone ,so i repaired, start ok and drive ok until it
get temprature 90 /92 then fan fan starts and same time radiator light
appears on dash screen,it seems getting bit over heat ,then engin gets
cut off,in side hot air give more than normal hot, I switich off engine
, then i starts driving for awhile ,same problem occurs, em light stays
on constantley after igintion on , it does not loose water much, and do
not give any smoke or white smoke if head gasket may be gone, faulty
code 1630 is shown the auxhall dealer told me em light is on because
of ecu need to be replaced, it main problem is radiator light appears
on when it get hot reach tempt 90/92, car is 6 year old.please give me
right advice

 

Are you sure it was fault code 1635? What did you do to repair it?
What fault code is in the engine cooling module?
Have you had a look at the wiring on the cooling module? It is just in
front of the nsf wheel?
