Vaux-Com not working

    hi my car went into limp mode last night and i have two diagnostic kits my 1 read the code after a little while saying it was DPF not plausible

    could not delete code of my nt510

    so i connected my laptop and downloaded vaux-com
    but it not connecting and saying no communication with EMC
    that happens when i ask vaux-com to locate my engine automatic when i do it manually
    2011 (b) engine its just says at the bottom of the screen , initializing if i go to read codes just tell me time out or ecu is busy or rejected or power is not on

    can anybody help me on this please ?
