Just been following one of the older posts regarding checking the small
pipe coming off the back of the rocker cover for a vacuum. Having checked
this is appears I don't have any vacuum coming from the throttle body end, I
attempted to unblock the inlet with a fine allen key but it feels like the
inlet to the throttle body is sealed within with something metallic.
Is this normal on some engines or do I have a problem? the engine is a 1.8
    on a 1996 Vectra.
    Any advice greatly appreciated.
