total closure

HI,

anyone got any details of a mod for a total closure system on an astra coupe
?

also, another mod I'd like is so the electric windows stay alive until the
drivers door has been opened and closed, the times that I've pulled the key
out the ignition and then tried to wind up the windows and had to put it
back in again, although a total closure system would solve this

if you get out of the car, and lock it with the key but hold the key in the
lock position it should close all electric windows & sunroof.

 

True - does the same on the Vectra B.

But why the hell did Vauxhall not combine this with the remote key lock???

Probably on cost grounds. I suspect it would be a lot more complicated to
achieve. plus, there would be times when you would want to lock the car but
not shut all the windows/sunroof, i.e. on a very hot day.
