TIGRA A Water Pump

    Hi
    I have a Tigra A 1996 with full service history and only 35,000 miles One lady owner (A dream Project).
    Its been sitting for 10 years so first things first I have decided to change the cam belt.
    All was going well until I tried to remove the water pump! Bar dynamite there is nothing I have not done to remove it.
    Am I missing something? a hidden bolt I cant see or feel, a technique? any ideas would be appreciated.
