TC & ABS lights

Hi, I have a '98 Omega 2.5 petrol & occasionally both the TC and ABS
lights will come on & then stay on until I restart the car. Only
happens occasionally - once a month or so. Anyone any idea why both
lights would come on together - haven't yet tried reading fault codes
as I'd like a bit more background info first.
 
Just educated guesswork here, but they both have wheel sensors in common, so
maybe you have a bad wire/corroded contact at one of the sensors. try
unplugging/replugging the sockets for these sensors, and also inspect the
wiring for damage..
