Strange problem

    I have a 1993 astra F 1.4i C14SE multec1 MPI
    And I was wondering if anyone could tell me the voltage that comes out of
    the VSS to the ECU.
    the problem is the vehicle can be at a stand still and the code reader shows
    the car is doing about 10mph fluctuating so the rev's are constantly going
    up and down.
