Smoke on start up in the mornings

    looking for some advice
    On starting a corsa 1.3 sxi in the morning there’s a few seconds of white smoke and juddering then it clears up. Any help would be appreciated thanks
    It’s just had new injectors apparently
    I forgot to say it’s a diesel
