Scuffed Corsa Alloy Wheel

Hi,

I've managed to scuff one of the front alloy wheels on my Corsa.

I had a wheel damaged whilst having a tyre changed a while back and the
repair job was excellent. As I'm very good at filling and shaping I
wondered if I could have a go at repairing the wheel myself.

My question is, is the wheel painted with a normal car paint / lacquer
combination and if so, where can I get the correct paint or rather, what
paint do I need?
