Removing battery

    Hi All stupid question but what do i need to do before disconnectiing the
    battery without setting the alarm off??

    Sorry forgot to say its a 2002 zafira, dont want the alarm to go off when i
    disconnect the battery, do you have to turn the ignition on or something??

    Turn ignition on and then off - then disconnect the battery,negative first,
    within around 10 secs.
