    Hi

    I have a 2007 Vectra 1.9 CDTi [150]. It is 4 months old and has 16,600 mile
on the clock. Yesterday the engine appeared to lose power when accelerating
at motorway speed. It feels hesitant to increase revs and the turbo does
not kick in until approx 2250 rpm. It used to kick in at about 1700 rpm.
Also it intermittently will not rev past 4000 rpm as if the rev limiter
kicks in early. I have checked the air filter and oil levels and both are
fine. I am setting off early tomorrow (Sunday) to drive it to Paris and so
cannot get it looked at by a dealership.

If anyone has any ideas what may be wrong with it I would appreciate their
    knowledge.

    Thanks

    Sean

Has it recently been through the dealers? It sounds as if there might be
air being drawn in to the low pressure side of the fuel system between
the tank and the pump, possibly due to a poor filter replacement
