As I don't have a cigarette lighter fitted, where can I buy a power adapter
for an 04 Vectra? Either something to attach to the battery or a kit to
    permanently install. Ta.

    No sockets at all?

not even the one in the back?

Aren't they hidden behind a flap under the radio?

For a quick temporary connection to the battery, most accessory shops sell
an adapter which has a pair of crocodile clips, a short length of cable, and
a lighter socket, so you can plug your device into it.

I am very surprised that an '04 anything doesn't have a lighter socket
    somewhere, though.

I've got an 03 Vectra and there are two fitted ... one in the front next to
the ashtray and another in the back between the 2 front seats under a flap
on the tail end of the centre console (if that makes any sense)

Thanks for the replies. No sockets at all on this model, its an Energy
version so what they give on one hand (alloys for one thing) they take with
the other, in this case something as simple and basic as a cigarette
lighter. Just been in to the Vauxhall dealer and ordered the parts, cost
    £38.
