Please can someone tell me what type of power steering fluid I need to be
using in a Calibra 16V '93 ?? And is it usually available from most
garage forecourt shops?

Mark,
You need to use "Dextron II". Go to your nearest motor factors
and ask for a Litre of this. Any more needed, you have a leak.
