parrot car kit

    Thanks for the information. I take it then that the installation is
    simple enough but time consuming. o you recommend this system.

    I do recommend the Parrot, although mine is the basic 3000 version. My only
    complaint is that the voice dialling does not really work on the move. I
    also read that the phonebook/ screen does not work very well with some
    phones. The forums at Expansys have some posts about this.
    You are right the installation is starightforward but took me some time. I
    found quite alot of info and some pics by googling `parrot install` etc..
    There are a number of firms selling at least two varieties of SOT cable. I
    think a phone call or a visit is a good idea, the installation chap at my
    local Halfords not only confirmed which cable I needed but gave me a few
    pointers on how to install it easily.
