Outside temperature sensor installation?

Hi, just bought a 96 astra LS with a broken outside temp. sensor
hanging down. Got a new sensor but cant find the right place to clip
the unit back onto?!? Been told lower edge of front bumper near number
plate, but cannot find where?
 
Not to worry - done it! (right up inside passenger side front bumper,
near corner)
