Omega IAC valve

Discussion in 'Omega' started by Patrick E. King, Dec 3, 2003.

  1. Just removed and cleaned the IAC valve and noted that it consists of the
stepper motor attached with two screws to a diaphragm/plunger type assembly.
It appears to me that the problems were with the diaphragm rather than the
motor and I would like to know if I order a replacement unit does the whole
assy come as standard or is the diaphragm unit available seperately from the
motor. The part no. is 90 411 546 but I noted that this is stamped on the
    diaphragm housing.
    Regards
    Patrick

  3. Thanks, but I meant do the motor and diaphragm come attached to one another
or are they regarded as two seperate items?
    Regards
