one of the electric seats on my omega wont move,
when the buttons are push you can hear a clonk
as if the motor has tried to move but some thing
is stuck. is this a common fault? and whats it like to try and fix?

    Thanks

Believe it or not the most common fault on these is a coin stuck in the
runners - done lots of these and they are a bugger to get out. Get on your
hands and knees in the back and with a torch look along the runner. It is
usually the runner near the seat belt buckle that has a coin in it.

Yep I had that problem, found a pound coin in the seat rail. Only time
I've fixed a car and ended up with more money than I started with :)
