Hi all and thank you for the invite. The old classic, I have a friend He has a 2011 Zafira 1.7 Cdti. It is showing a fault code of P0400 (egr fault), first we cleaned it, no change, obtained another one, installed it, cleared the codes and all at first seemed fine. The engine ticked over as it should for about a minute and a half and then the revs went to 1000 revs and the dash lit up with the orange car and spanner light. Checked the code again and it was back, erased it again and everything ok and the carried in cycling round code on code off. Do any of you knowledgeable people know what we can do next to rectify this problem. Thanks in advance.
