Does anybody have any instructions for an OE Blaupunkt CD30?
Specifically, I need to know what to do when it beeps at me and "program
    radio" appears in the display.
Or if anybody could give me a brief rundown of how to set stations on
the thing, that would be everso useful.
    No, I can't RTFM, I don't have one...
    TIA.

ps. I tried Blaupunkt, they said contact Vauxhall as it's an OE unit.

If it says program radio then you need to go to a dealer to have it done -
it has probably been swapped and not programmed correctly.

Sorry I can't help you with the problem as I don't have this head unit.
Didn't know Blaupunkt were making them though.

Does anyone know if Blaupunkt's iPod interface works with it? (long
    shot!!!)

It works as any other Vauxhall unit. If you haven't got a handook your
local dealer should be happy to talk you through it.

I would also talk to the supplying dealer and get a book. They only
cost £10 if you have to pay.

Program radio probably means it needs a code although the wording is
odd. Do you have a car pass or a code? If not, talk to the supplying
dealer who will have a record.

With regards station setting. Just tune irt manually and hold a preset
button down for 3 seconds until it beeps. Repeat for all the presets.

OK, just been to the dealer, feel free to make notes:
Apparently, these days, if you want to sell on your OE CDs/radios, you
have to get them de-activated by the Vauxhall dealer, otherwise it will
not be possible to activate (program) the radio properly in a different
    car.
De-activation has to take place with the radio in the original car it's
    registered to.
I'm told that this is due to increasing anti-theft measures.

Twenty minutes on the dealers diagnostic computer thingy and the radio
still beeps at me every 8 seconds.

Yep, the new series radios are tied to the car's ECU - when you switch
on the radio, it interrogates the ECU for the code. If you move the
radio to a different vehicle, the code will either be not present or
    incorrect.
