Just had my 96 Vectra serviced at the above and they stripped the threads on
the sub sump and plug, they wanted to charge me approx £135 for a new
one!!!! They did the last service so they must have cross threaded it last
time. The manage stated it couldn't have been cross threaded cos otherwise
it would have leaked. I mangaed to get it done FOC as the tech said that it
was their fault and they would pay for it, but the manager disagreed, but he
had to honour his employee's statement.
