Hi all and thank you for the add.
We have a 2011 Meriva that I reversed into a wall. It came back from the body shop and there are some electrical issues.
    1. There is no power to the radio unit
    2. The door open warning light is constantly on
    3. The battery discharges even when the key is removed.

I assumed isdue 1 was a fuse and issue 2 and 3 were connected due to a wiring issue caused when the boot was repaired.

The body shop took it to an electrician who said the BCM needed replaced and quoted €500 for the part alone.

The car is in Greece and I am not sure I trust the electrician. I can pick up a BCM for €100 online.

Are these symptoms typical of a faulty BCM?

    Any other suggestions?

    Thank you.
