Limp mode and spanner light

    2008 tigra
    Spanner light comes on when applying power, ticks over fine with no light on, revs up still no light, drive it less than a mile, light comes on and goes into limp mode, no codes, no check engine light.
    Have changed throttle body and accelerator pedal also changed 02 sensor on bank 1
    Have synced pedal and throttle body still same result.
    Any ideas what else could be causing this ?
