Lights on dash after gearbox change

I changed my gearbox in my zafira 2014 1.7cdti
And now the esp and airbag light is on and the steering wheel doesn’t cancel the indicators
I had to undo the steering column linkage to drop the subframe to get the gearbox out
Anyone seen this before I’m stuck on how to fix it
