Leads?

How often should you think about replacing HT Leads
Also is it fairly straight forward, anything to watch out for?
I've a Cavalier 1.8 I (1994 Reg)

I had one of these - replaced the leads once in 125k/8years.

had a slight misfire at low revs - replaced leads, cured. had it again
18months later - replaced dizzy cap, cured.
