J60 & J79 Astra braking systems - are they the same dimensions?

    Trying to find the correct space saver wheel for my 2016 Astra 1.6 turbo. Vauxhall tell me my car has a J79 braking system but no wheel sellers seem to quote this. One supplier has told me that possibly the J60 braking system is compatible with J79. Can anyone confirm definitely pls? Many thanks
